Engage Customers with Frequency-Based Rewards

The Frequency Program rewards loyal customers based on the number of visits or purchases they make, allowing them to earn points with each transaction. Points accumulate over time and can be redeemed for rewards determined by the merchant, offering flexibility in crafting promotions that match business needs and customer desires. Rewards can be in the form of a complimentary item (like a free haircut or sandwich) or a dollar value loaded directly onto a loyalty or gift card. This customizable, visit-based approach incentivizes repeat business, driving customer retention and boosting overall sales.

  • Rewards are based on number of visits or number of items purchased.

  • 1 visit or purchase = 1 point or X # of dollars.

  • Points will continue to accumulate until the consumer chooses to redeem their reward.

  • Rewards can only be be redeemed one at a time.

  • If the merchant chooses the reward to be a dollar amount, the value will be automatically places on the gift/loyalty card.

    Merchant determines what the rewards to give for points accumulated.

Example 1:  ” Get 5 haircuts and 6th hair cut is free”

Reward Customer Loyalty with Spend-Based Incentives

The Dollar Program rewards customers based on the amount they spend, adding a dollar-value reward directly onto their loyalty or gift card once a specified spending level is reached. Each time a reward is added, the spending counter resets, allowing customers to begin earning toward the next reward level immediately.   • Rewards are earned based on dollars spent
  • The dollar reward value will be automatically placed on the card once the consumer reaches the specified point level. once a reward level is reached and the reward is added on the card, the dollar spending counter is reverted back to 0 and the consumer must spend the following amount to reach the next level.
